The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix
Interview
Applied online and was contacted within a few weeks for a phone interview. Phone interview was short and straight forward, what interests you about the job and questions about past experience etc. within a few days was asked to schedule an in person interview at the office for the following week. When I went in for the interview I started by shadowing an agent for a few minutes and then was led to do a writing prompt which was basically responding to a mock situation as if a customer wrote in, took probably less than 10 min. After that I spoke to two hiring managers. The interview was pretty standard, just asking questions off of a list they had and took notes as I spoke which didn't make the interview very personable and was hard to get a vibe as to what they were thinking. The questions were all specific example based of situations you've encountered relating to customer relations or personal growth. That's understandable given the number of candidates they were interviewing. It took about two weeks to get a response after the interview.

Question 1
What was a time when you had to turn a negative situation into a positive
Very quick and the questions were very standard. There were two people in the room switching off with who asked the questions while the other one typed. I got a tour of the office and offered water etc, so it was a very pleasant experience. They got back to me very quickly with an answer!

Interview
30 minute shadowing, in person interview, phone call observation, writing sample. To get an in person you have to complete a phone interview first and then follow with an in person. Then they email you if you received an offer over a week later. My phone interview was a month before my in person and my in person was 6 weeks out from the earliest start date.
