Interview
Everyone involved in the interview process was really nice and responsive. But the process itself is overwhelming and too much. They ask you to do a project which isn't so bad, but it requires a lot of time, and then you have to continue a portion of it in their offices. You don't know their systems or reporting and have very little time to draw conclusions and present. They hold it against you when you don't conclude what they want you to in the given time. They should give much more information up front so that people are better prepared. You're pretty much set up for failure. But congrats to those who are able to pass that test. It's a great company to work for with amazing benefits and perks. But they really need to reconsider their interview process and that project.

Question 1
Basic questions about past experiences and working with cross functional teams.
Had a phone interview which was fairly standard with some questions around experience and the business but I was ghosted after initial phone interviews despite being told I would hear either way.
