Interview
Before the interview you're given a homework assignment to style a client on Pinterest. You pick four clothing items and one accessory. You'll bring your laptop to the interview. When you come in they have you write a note to a client based on their Fix (shipment). Then you are shown different items of clothing and asked her you would style them for different women. You give a presentation of your styling and what you've written. They'll check your screen for spelling errors.
Online web cam Zoom meeting with only one person, she was great to talk to and very nice! It took about 30 minutes and had typical job questions, any experiences with styling or fashion, and "what would you do" situations to answer, and explaining your choices in the previous pinterest picks for your made up client.

A bit intimidating at first, but they are really very kind and just want you to succeed. They asked how I would style different pieces for different clients. I also had to great a Pinterest board for a fake client.
