I applied online. I interviewed at Stitch Fix in Jul 2017
Interview
I applied on-line and was contacted by Stitch Fix. One thing that really stuck out was that she implied it's not a catty place to work even though the C-level team is mostly Women. This left a really negative impression on me. And frankly an unprofessional thing to say. As a recruiter it's highly vital to candidate experience to do a you say. If you say you will follow up early next week with a decision, do that. It's been 2 weeks since my call and I haven't heard back. I do not believe that we would have been the right fit for each other, but regardless follow up.
Thank you for sharing your experience here. We take a lot of pride in delivering a great candidate experience and regret that yours may not have been as such. We’ll pass this feedback along to the team.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Applied directly thought the website. Recruiter reached out within a week. She was very kind and easy to talk to. I was brought onsite to meet with more member of the team. They had a nice office and I enjoyed the interview panel. Recruiter followed up with me shortly after the interview.
