Weirdest interview ever. After every answer you gave, they said "thank you so much for sharing." It was fine after the first answer, but they kept doing it. Made me feel LESS at ease than in a normal interview. The two people I interviewed with did most of the talking, and barely gave me a chance to talk about my experience. Only chance I had to talk was during the styling part. They gave you an assignment up front, which was easy enough. You also have to live style a couple pieces of clothing that were pretty unattractive.
Also, I applied in January and didn't get an interview until July.
The interview process was great! Very straightforward and they were both friendly and encouraging. I made sure to memorize how I would answer a number of their questions and that really helped.
Standard job interview with two managers and a more in depth styling activity discussing different body types and what clothing I would put on them if I had their Fix
