I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview lasted about 45 minutes. They ask you to watch a short video while they review your resume. They ask you a number of questions (e.g., name a time you received excellent customer service, describe a time you received constructive criticism and how you handled it) before asking you to do some "live styling." They present you with three articles of clothing and ask how you would style it and the type of client you would send it to. There was little to no feedback or conversation really during the interview. They responded to everything with "Thank you for sharing that with us" with a larger than life smile. It was very hard to read if they liked me or not, but based on the fact I didn't get an offer, the answer was no.

Interview
I received an email about a week after applying to do a styling activity, about a week after that was submitted I was emailed again to set up a virtual interview. The interview went well, a lot of “tell me a time when” questions.
