I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Austin, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
Very awkward. Was interviewed by two lead stylists who showed minimal reactions to the answers to their questions and when I asked them questions. Honestly, I got the impression they didn't like their jobs based off of how impassive they were about the position and their own job descriptions. It is rare that I leave an interview feeling unwelcome, but that was definitely the case with Stitch Fix.

Question 1
I was shown multiple outfit pieces and was told to explain what I would pair with each and analyze the style they portrayed.
The interview process was great! Very straightforward and they were both friendly and encouraging. I made sure to memorize how I would answer a number of their questions and that really helped.
Standard job interview with two managers and a more in depth styling activity discussing different body types and what clothing I would put on them if I had their Fix
