About a week after application, received email that they would like to interview. Received days and times for the following week that were available. Once a date is chosen, another link is sent, describing preparation that must be done prior to the interview. Requires preparation of a Pinterest board for both a man and a woman, based on an inventory of fuzzy pictures that can't be enlarged, as well as preparing a note to each, which are submitted prior to the interview. Interviewer was very nice, but because it was a video interview, it was very hard to gauge how it was going. They have now added some behavioral-based interview questions. Overall, lasted an hour. Received an email one week later that I was not chosen. End of email stated that if you wished to reapply, must wait 6 months "to provide time to hone their skills and develop." As this was very vague, I sent a very professional email back thanking them for their time, etc and asking for feedback on experience or skills that I was lacking or how I might better present myself as a candidate in the future. They replied that they did "not have any specific feedback to share at this time." I could hear the door slamming closed.
