I applied to Stitch Fix online. I did not hear back for months. Eventually, I heard back. You have a couple of things you have to do to prepare for the interview. I was interviewed by two people over Skype.
The interview process was great! Very straightforward and they were both friendly and encouraging. I made sure to memorize how I would answer a number of their questions and that really helped.

It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
