Guys, please stay away! This company doesn't care about treating people like humans! They are just numbers that don't even deserve a thank you! After going through all the interview steps I received an automated email that everyone receives even if you didn't go through the interview process. Really guys? That is so rude! At least a thank you for wasting so many hours with you! (7h interviews + hours on industry analysis and prompt preparation) The most frustrating part was that I spent lots of time preparing a presentation on a prompt based on their company! I know that many companies use their own problems on a prompt for candidates. However, I think if you are decent company you won't do this. For the following reasons: 1. It won't help you to assess objectively the candidate because you are biased by what you already know as an insider. So it will be hard to judge the candidate that may not have access to the same data points when s/he draw conclusions. 2. Long term, the image of your company might be hurt. Candidate will feel used. Many times I heard people saying "they just used my ideas" "they made me work for free". While I know that people say we don't need your ideas, our employees already thought about all that. If that was the case why don't you use other products? After all the skills are transferable (especially for PM roles). Many steps: 1. Phone screening with the Manager 2. Other 3 phone interviews with X-functional leads 3. Onsite including: Presentation based on a Prompt sent in advance plus other 1:1 interviews 4. NO THANK YOU note just an automated email! (I'm still shocked about this treatment)
