Was sent a prompt before even an introductory interview. Normally I would never do an assignment before taking a call but I like the industry so I wanted to give it a fair shot. I spent real time on the assignment but received no feedback or follow-up for several weeks. Later, got an automated rejection email. I'd expect if I'm doing an assignment for a position, they'd at least have the courtesy to thank me for my time and provide some real feedback.
