In my opinion the interview process is very long and requires you to do many projects with deadlines. This is all before you are interview or even have the chance to speak with anyone in the company. I would have really appreciated not wasting so much time and energy just to be dismissed.

The interview process was great! Very straightforward and they were both friendly and encouraging. I made sure to memorize how I would answer a number of their questions and that really helped.

It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
