The process had 5 stages and took a month in total. The first stage was filling in an online application including your CV. I was then asked to complete a maths test. Following this I had a 1:1 30 minute interview with a Buyer. Followed by 3 back to back interviews over an hour and a half with 3 different buyers. The final stage was a presentation where I had to create a fix for two possible clients on the company. Although it was a long process, everyone I spoke to were personable and made me feel comfortable at each stage.
