I appreciate the interaction and particularly being presented with a question to answer as a screening process. This was a new experience for me during an interview process and gave me some insight into how the company treats its employees.

Describe a time when you had to deliver tough feedback.
Email communication requesting time availability, which is an easy to respond format. Then there is a phone screen interview. Take about a week depending on availability. The should be an in person interview on sight after the initial phone screening.
