Everyone was really pleasant throughout the entire process.
Total process consisted of five separate interviews, all remote.
1. ~30 minute quick get to know you
2. ~45-60m problem solving -> they present a business problem and you talk through how you might solve it
3. ~30 minutes with a business partner -> behavioral
4. ~90 minute pair programming -> was pretty straightforward -- worked through adding features to a codebase.
5. ~45 minutes leadership interview -> behavioral questions
Received positive feedback on the first two interviews and the final three were back to back. Felt that I had a pretty good rapport with everyone and the pair programming was pretty easy, so I am unfortunately not sure where things went south.
Got a standard form rejection via email within the time frame they promised me.

Interview
Casual chat with behavioral questions, describe the work you’ve done, name a time when you… , things like that. There were DEI questions, and some going over the resume. Overall it felt very casual and informal

Interview
Disorganized process. I spoke with the internal recruiter and we both agreed the position sounded like a good fit. I followed up a week later, 2 weeks later, and finally heard back that she was still working on scheduling a second interview. Never heard back after that..
Felt very unprofessional and disorganized interview process. Please don't ghost your interviewees, it takes 5 seconds to send a rejection email.

Interview
Quick interview with team lead to go over my resume, skills, and history. Then given a take home project to do in a week-ish.
Spent a ton of time getting it just right, submitted it, and then received a template rejection a few days later. No offer of feedback, no chance to figure out what was wrong. Incredibly disappointing after spending hours on the project to get nothing but a plain rejection email.
