Rigorous considering what the job entails and pay. There is the initial submission, interview, and style project. It took up a lot of time and the job is very entry-level.

The interview process was great! Very straightforward and they were both friendly and encouraging. I made sure to memorize how I would answer a number of their questions and that really helped.

It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
