Interview
The entire process took over a month. I had to complete a video interview, which was very straightforward. A month later, they had in-person interviews with me and about 100 other candidates. The hiring staff were all very friendly and had me write a blurb about the outfit that I prepared beforehand for a mock client.

Name a time when you had a conflict with someone and how did you handle it?
The interview process was great! Very straightforward and they were both friendly and encouraging. I made sure to memorize how I would answer a number of their questions and that really helped.
Standard job interview with two managers and a more in depth styling activity discussing different body types and what clothing I would put on them if I had their Fix

How would you handle a client that really disliked a Fix you styled?
It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
