Interview process took a few months but they were very responsive and helpful along the way. Interviews were held over zoom. Very helpful and nice management. Got an offer letter - very thorough
The interview process was great! Very straightforward and they were both friendly and encouraging. I made sure to memorize how I would answer a number of their questions and that really helped.

It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
