Received an email that they would like to interview me. It took a few weeks to get in to an interview. They were friendly, comprehensive, and informative. I was asked to prepare a styled look with certain items given for a mens and womens client.
The interview process was great! Very straightforward and they were both friendly and encouraging. I made sure to memorize how I would answer a number of their questions and that really helped.

How would you handle a client that really disliked a Fix you styled?
It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
