Several stages of forms to fill out prior to scheduling a video interview. Interviewer was very friendly and informative. I did not receive an offer and the email notice stated you had to wait 6 months before applying again to brush up on your skills, however it did not state why I did not receive an offer so how to know which skills to brush up on?

The interview process was great! Very straightforward and they were both friendly and encouraging. I made sure to memorize how I would answer a number of their questions and that really helped.

How would you handle a client that really disliked a Fix you styled?
It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
