I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Received an e-mail to sign up for an interview slot on google doc. Proceeded to the location at their downtown S.F office on the assigned date and brought 2 resumes. Recruiter was friendly and asked me to wait in the lobby and watch a short video until the interviewer was ready.
Was interviewed by a lead stylist, she asked me about my background and then asked styling questions based on 3 outfits on the wall. The interviewer took down a lot of notes and explained the position a little bit and asked me if I had any questions. I asked a few questions and then asked the interviewer if they had any questions for me. That was it. I was hoping for more questions on my 10 years of customer service experience and five years experience as a fashion boutique manager but was not asked any questions about my experience.
