I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Austin, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
Upon the initial application process, I uploaded my resume, answered 2 questions created as "mock" fixes, and uploaded a cover letter.
I received an email in response asking to do an online interview. There were 4 questions given and I recorded myself answering the 4 questions.
I received a second call-back to come in for a face-to-face interview. I met with 2 women who went over my resume with me, asking me several different questions, and gave me 5 pieces to give styling advice on and offer ideas for styling the pieces from day to evening wear. They asked me various general interview questions.
