I applied online and was contacted a few days later to schedule a phone screening. It was pretty standard. The recruiter called at the scheduled time and she seemed less than thrilled to be there. It seemed like the position may have already been filled by the time I was interviewing. She gave a brief introduction on how the screening would go, asked me three questions, and then asked if I had any questions. The call took about 20 minutes and she said she would reach out in the next few days regarding the next steps.
