Virtual interview with badic questions about working remotely and styling different body types. And then emailed offer. Training was in person for a whole day. Timeline was about 1-2 months.
The interview process was great! Very straightforward and they were both friendly and encouraging. I made sure to memorize how I would answer a number of their questions and that really helped.

How would you handle a client that really disliked a Fix you styled?
It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
