Quick phone screen. The company seems a little disorganized the recruiter screening me did not even really seem familiar with the role they were interviewing for. I believe there are two rounds and I appreciate that they actually followed up with me to let me know I was not moving on.
I am waiting to interview with Stitch Fix but they have been extremely nice and responsive through this process. Would love to work with them! I applied and they responded with a NDA to sign. Excited to learn more about the opportunity and company.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stitch Fix in May 2021
Interview
Interview process was lengthy and consisted of multiple rounds. First round was a phone call with the hiring manager, Second round was multiple 30Min interviews with key stakeholders, Third round was zoom interview with Hiring Manager, Fourth round was a presentation, and post presentation was another zoom with the hiring manager. The process was lengthy but fit is so important to Stitch Fix - both from the company standpoint but also to ensure SF is a good fit for the candidate.
