I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Austin, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
Met with three senior stylists/mgmt and had a circle discussion. Casual atmosphere. They asked some customer service related questions. Had me explain how I would style three garments that were in the room and also talk about what body types they would be best for. You do need to know a good deal about how to dress individual body types for this role. They also had me watch an intro video while they looked over my resume. It ended with me explaining a "Fix" I had simulated ahead of time by picking out 5 items for a client and writing a stylist note.
