Stitch Fix Stylist (Remote-Part Time) interview questions

Interview process was very structured and detailed; similar to how structured the application process was. They let you know ahead of time what they are going to expect from you; I didn't feel like there were any surprises. They interview a number of people on the same day, so make sure you're able to set yourself apart.

On site interview consisted of prepping a Pinterest board for a sample client, then at the interview I was asked to write a note to the client to accompany the items. Then was sent to meet with interviewer who had me show her the Pinterest board, read my client note, then look at some sample pieces and give styling tips for each item. Interviewer was friendly and relatable. Interview style was conversational.
