Interview was slow, the recruiter didn’t know anything about the position or what I could expect on timeline, next step or anything I asked. She claimed to have been off for two weeks and came back to have this “dropped” on her. She also sounded less than enthusiastic about the call and in a thirty minute call she gave me time updates three times. I knew I had lost her when I mentioned having and following solid SOP’s. They don’t have any nor plans to implement them. Wow! I received a thank you but no thank you email today.
