Applied online and was given a mini-project to complete within 24hrs. The project was quite interesting. It involved cleaning the data and building an estimator to give insights to increase efficiency in conversion. The deliverables were answers to a set of 6 questions, the code and a 45 minutes presentation given online to the hiring manger. They were very engaged during the entire process and responded positively to the presentation. They got back in a week saying that they will be proceeding with other candidates, fair enough. However, no response was received to a request for feedback (a polite reminder was sent as well). They lack the decency of appreciating the candidate's time and effort, and even though their email is politely worded as "We particularly appreciate the time you have spent interviewing with us", their deeds are far from it. They must realize that their time and effort spent in providing feedback is very little compared to that a candidate spends on their project. Sure, it is not legally required to provide feedback, but a small gesture of feedback would go a long way.

I applied for the job posting and I was scheduled for an initial screening phone interview. The interviewer was not very knowledgeable in her area and ended up asking stupid meaningless questions. That being said the interviewer ended up not being quite nice during the process
