Recruiter contacted me to schedule a call. I gave some available days and times, and asked me to "call him now" at the end of a business day, with no prior notice. I called him and spoke to him briefly, but was very put off by the questions asked. I was asked to name drop who I've worked with, celebrity names and other pieces of information that seemed very inappropriate to ask. A professional recruiter would know that in the world of advertising and marketing, client information is confidential. No questions about my skills or what I can offer, it was simply a "who do you know" interview, which capped by the recruiter telling me he had someone in line for this position with 400,000 Instagram followers, as if that's the only qualification for the job. Look elsewhere if you seek professionalism, respect and courtesy.
