After reading through some other Interview reviews, I truly think there is an issue with the recruiting team at StockX. I applied to the job on LinkedIn and was contacted via email by the recruiter who posted the job. We scheduled a time for a 15 minute phone call and that process was easy. However, when it came time for our call, the recruiter never joined the conference line. I sent her an email and didn't hear back for another hour with only the response that something "more urgent" came up. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I simply rescheduled. Same thing happened again - she never joined the conference line. It's incredibly frustrating because it's a simple 15 minute phone screening and the recruiting team is not respecting your time. StockX is missing out on great talent because your recruiters are fumbling the communication. They are your first line of interaction and the majority of people are getting a bad first impression.
