Spoke with a recruiter one week, very easy going conversation. I received an email and a call within two days confirming the next interview. 3 interviews in total 4 if you include the recruiter which we will for sure. She was amazing. Interviews with the Operation Manager, Regional Director and then another Operation Manager. They all were about 30 minutes with the last being about 20. The obvious tell me about yourself and some situational questions. Very conversational. Overall they were great interviews, the process took about a month.

It was a very relaxed interview. I was referred by another employee, I shadowed the team for one day before my interview, I spoke with various leaders one on one, all in all it was a very chill experience.
