The interviewer was friendly and had an answer to every question I had. The interesting part was how much emphasis they put on their valuation and funding, despite looking to pay 30%+ less than the local market. Everything to that point went great, but they don’t have a grasp of the design market even though they pushed back multiple times saying they paid “above market”.
