The interview process was unique and I understand why. StockX is growing tremendously and the company wants to make sure it's got the right team to handle the growth. That being said, I found the interview process to be very detailed.
First round was a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter interview was a way for the recruiter to get to know you and some of the work you've done.
I was moved forward immediately to the hiring manager stage which was a day or two later.
The hiring manager interview was a deeper look into the resume and detailed descriptions of the work that you've done. Lots of "tell me about your process".
Next was a 3 round video interview with 3 senior/director level members of StockX. This is once again a deeper look at your process and how you handle certain situations. Be ready to talk about your projects.
Last stage was a case study presentation followed by Q&A.
Overall, I really enjoyed the process and this process definitely helps StockX figure out who they are looking for and helps them be particular.
