Spoke to a girl in the Oregon office for about 30 minutes over the phone. We discussed the job description, what I was looking for in an employer and what my salary expectations were. The next interview was virtually with the Administrator in the Salt Lake office. We met for an hour and discussed the job again in more details, discussed the attorneys individually and what areas of law they practiced in. We discussed my work history and answered other questions regarding experience. The last interview in the process, was in person, for about an hour, with the four attorneys that I would be assisting if I were hired for the job. I spoke to 2 at a time for about 30 min each. We discussed my work history and what their specific needs would be if I were to be hired for the position. I was told I should receive an answer - whether it be a job offer or a declination within 3 business days.
