I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stop & Shop (Brockton, MA) in Aug 2021
Interview
mainly a formality. If you want the job you'll get it. Very informal, no need to dress up. They'll show you around and explain the job. Again if you get the call you pretty much already have the job if you can work the hours they need
The interview process was very easy and relaxed. I had just graduated high school, and we mainly discussed my availability, preferred shifts, and how they could adjust my work schedule around each semester’s changing class commitments.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They mainly asked about my availability and preferred shifts, focusing on whether I could balance work responsibilities with my school schedule.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stop & Shop (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
My interviewer was very casual and friendly, but he didn't seem to really care about his job. He didn't smile much and the interview was very cut and dry. Got the job, but the work environment is bland.
