Initial screen with recruiter, call with hiring manager. The in person was 3.5 hours long and I met with many people. It was a very long process. There were behavioral questions but they were also screening for a culture fit.

Very selective I feel that my past job experience was going to give me a leg up but my Salary expectations and I think my request for a sign on bonus created tension in salary negotiations the interviewer wasn’t prepared for.
