I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Stop & Shop (New York Mills, MN) in May 2022
Interview
Very easy. I basically knew I had the job as soon as I walked in the door. The manager made it seem like I had the job when I was emailing her about the interview. Was very easy didn’t ask too many questions just some simple ones.
Short and to the point. Asked about prior experience working in customer service, and I mentioned that I had in the past for a few different other companies in the nearby area.
Super easy, they basically just ask you about any experience and then your availability. It is very informal, jeans and a sweater work for an interview outfit. Overall, the interview probably lasted about 15-30 minutes.
Relatively easy, hired on spot. You are asked about your availability and what shifts you can work, what is your weekend availability like. Have you held a job before etc
