Interview
I spoke to the general manager and he said he had open positions at the time and he told me to apply online. I applied and came back the next day and then filled out all the paperwork and I started the week after.
Short and to the point. Asked about prior experience working in customer service, and I mentioned that I had in the past for a few different other companies in the nearby area.
Super easy, they basically just ask you about any experience and then your availability. It is very informal, jeans and a sweater work for an interview outfit. Overall, the interview probably lasted about 15-30 minutes.
Relatively easy, hired on spot. You are asked about your availability and what shifts you can work, what is your weekend availability like. Have you held a job before etc
