I went through two interview process; The first one I applied online and they called me in, asked me a number of questions about cash-handling abilities, etc. I originally started out as a bagger, so it wasn't too in-depth or technical. They called me back in for another interview though it was more of a "ok, you got the job. Here's what you do now" type of thing.
Short and to the point. Asked about prior experience working in customer service, and I mentioned that I had in the past for a few different other companies in the nearby area.
Super easy, they basically just ask you about any experience and then your availability. It is very informal, jeans and a sweater work for an interview outfit. Overall, the interview probably lasted about 15-30 minutes.
Relatively easy, hired on spot. You are asked about your availability and what shifts you can work, what is your weekend availability like. Have you held a job before etc
