The interviewer did not ask me about my experience. He told me about himself - where he grew up and went to college. Then he asked me to tell me about myself, and asked me "why do you want this job?" I had food service experience, I had customer service experience. That is what should have been talked about in addition to what exactly the tasks were for the job that I would be hired for. As it turned out, the job I applied for was not the one that he needed to fill. I did not hear back from them until 6 months later. I was at their "onboarding" event with another manager (they keep changing them) when I was told that there were no health benefits, and that vision and dental were available after 1 year's probation.
