Stord Manager interview questions

Interviews were set up online via a Stord HR person through a modern online portal where you can select multiple times. Interviews were very conversational and you cover a lot of ground without many of the traditional interview-type questions; they want to know about your experience. Four to Five Step interview process via Zoom. First Interview/Screener with HR; Second Interview with Hiring Manager; Third and Fourth Interviews with Peer/Co-Worker in Same Department. And then crickets - they went radio silent. Not "we'll follow up with you in a week" or "we've decided to hire someone else". Finally (and after multiple follow emails, giving plenty of time and patience in between) they say they're no longer hiring the role.
