I applied online. I interviewed at StoryPoint (Saline, MI) in Dec 2017
Interview
Very extensive - this company wants to know that you want the job and wants to verify that you are a good fit! First step is to talk with recruiter, second step is an opportunity to speak with another person in your leadership role, third step is meeting with VP, and final step is meeting with the president!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at StoryPoint (Grand Rapids, MI) in Feb 2015
Interview
Multi-tier. Phone interview, Face to face, and final face to face. Was intense, and they desired to see passion instead of just hear the typical supporting resume details. Refreshing process, but kept me on my toes. It was nice to see an interview that tried to draw out a passion instead of the same old interview.
