Interview
A "laid back" interview type. Management wants to make sure you share our 1440 attitude and are willing to fulfill all the job requirements. StoryPoint takes their hiring seriously. Employee attitude means everything to them.
It was a pretty simple process. I spoke with a recruiter first on a phone call and then had a video interview with the lead receptionist at a different Storypoint location. Employees were really friendly and professional!
