Interview
2 steps, and each were very engaging (nothing that felt like AI / automation, nor checkboxes). Professional tone, courteous and good listeners. The questions were very much aligned to the role, my experience, and exploring who I was as a person to gauge how I would be in front of Customers and how I would deal with scenarios.
Timeline wasn't quick, but there were factors which played into that which they explained to set my expectations.

There are ongoing internal change as a result of Strada separating from it's previous owner, so some things are fluid whilst the planned approach is proven to be the best - how do you feel about that?
