Interview
Two rounds of phone interview where I was asked about my previous experience in datawarehousing although that was not relevant to the job I had applied for.
One of the interviewers was from India and the other one was from their Fremont office.
Once I got selected in the rounds of interview, I had to wait for two weeks to get the final offer.

Don't expect a Technically sound person would interview you from stratapps. After the preliminary round you will be interviewed by their client. Get your basics right and you have an offer. Negotiate more with the HR. She bargains well. Stick to your expectations.
