Interview
The first screening was with third party company that is contracted by Stratasys. This was a very basic screening interview concerning the basic personal information.
The planning of the on-site interview was very chaotic with contradictory proposed dates between the third party company, the hiring manager and Stratasys HR giving it a very unprofessional feeling.
The hiring manager didn't seem focused on the interview and wasn't very cooperative with answering any of my questions. The questions I received where very basic an uninteresting.
Even though required by German law to reimburse me for my travel expenditures, till this date I haven't even received any information on how to submit my travel costs. HR is ignoring any requests I make.
All in all this was the worst and most unprofessional recruiting experience I've ever had.
