The recruiter at Stratasys had terrible communication. I was contacted by the recruiter AND hiring manager to apply. I applied, had a phone screening, then went in to the office for the interview with two managers. I was told I'd hear back that following week. They then said the position was tabled until the next year. They reposted a similar job, I asked about the same recruiter about it, and was met with no reply. It was weird because they sought me out. They seem disorganized and messy, so I would be careful.
