The interview process went very well. After two interviews, I was sent an email, that they urgently need me to do a project for them. I was given 2 days. Considering I was working in another job at the time, this was a challenge. I managed to send in the presentations on time. I didn't hear from them for 3 weeks, and then they called me to tell me that I didn't get the job for a reason that never came up in the interview process, nor had it anything to do with the presentations. The urgency of the project should have raised a red flag. This was not a professional process.
