Incredibly unprofessional. I was selected for a first interview at the time of the interview I waited for 30 minutes and nobody showed up, just after couple of hours I get an email from the interviewer telling me she was busy and we rescheduled. At the time of the second interview she was 20 min late. At the end of the interview I was told that I would have been advancing to the next steps as the interview went well, in max 1 week I could have expected the next round. I never heard from them again. I reached out my self and I never got a reply. This is very disrespectful of other people time.
